Medcorp Limited is the fourth company to be listed on the TTSE SME Market and the first from the medical services industry. The listing ceremony was held on the 7thΒ July, 2025 at the TTSE Office, Nicholas Tower, Independence Square, Port of Spain.
The company successfully launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on May 27, 2025 offering 350,000 ordinary shares at $48 each, which were fully subscribed.
Its listing has increased the SME Index by over TT$375 million, bringing the total SME Index market capitalization to approximately TT$1.078 billion as ofΒ today. This has contributed to pushing the overall market value to TT$75.2 billion.
Republic Wealth Management Limited served as the lead broker for this listing, with Republic Bank Limited as the lead investment adviser.
