The Trinidad and Tobago Central Depository Limited (TTCD) has established a Registrar Department that offers Registrar and Paying Agent services. The TTCD maintains the register of shareholders, processes stock transfers, processes payments of dividends and interest on securities and addresses inquiries from shareholders, brokers and clearing agents.
The following TTCD Registrar Services can be accessed via email to registrar@stockex.co.tt (the respective forms should be completed and submitted with your request):
FORMS
to companies
- Registrar – To become a Participant and request TTCD to keep your Registrar
- Paying Agents – To become a Participant and/or request TTCD to pay dividend or interest on your issued securities including Requests for Proposals
to individuals
- Account / Dividend Enquiries – You can enquire about your account, dividend or interest payments
- Account Updates – You can request updates to your Registry Account
- Change of Address
Documents required:
1. Completed Change of Address Form
2. Certified copy of one form of valid, government issued photo ID
3. Proof of Address (Utility bill no older than three months)
- Dividend Payments – Direct Deposit
Documents required:
1. Bank Mandate Form
2. Certified copy of one form of valid, government issued photo ID
- Unclaimed Dividends – You can have you dividend cheques revalidated or payments re-issued
Documents required:
1. Bank Mandate Form
2. Certified copy of one form of valid, government issued photo ID
- Share Transfers – You can transfer securities, facilitated through your stockbroker
