COVID-19 update

As the world continues to battle against COVID-19, its effects and impacts, we continue to support the advice and efforts of the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (GORTT). We continue to monitor the statistics, keeping the health and safety of our employees and stakeholders as priority.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
- We may be contacted via telephone at 625-5107/9 and/or via email for the following business services:

- o TTCD services: ttcd-operations@stockex.co.tt
- o Dividend Payments/Registrar Services: registrar@stockex.co.tt
- Our office at 10th Floor, Nicholas Tower, Port of Spain maintains regular business hours, from 8:00am to 4:00pm. You are advised to visit the office only if necessary, and if you are visiting, you are required to:
- o Wear a face mask
- o Test your body temperature and record your contact information
- o Use hand sanitizer upon entry
- o Maintain social distancing
- Our drop-box facility and electronic communication is fully encouraged and our team will respond to your query within 24 hours of utilizing these channels
- Our team members are currently working both in office and remotely, on a rotational basis and therefore, electronic communication is the best channel to contact us. Our team is working assiduously to assist our clients and stakeholders and will respond to your queries in an efficient manner.
TRADING HOURS
- Trading Hours remain unchanged, from Monday to Friday except on Public Holidays:
- o Market Pre-Open Hours [8:00am to 9:30am]
- o Market Open Hours [9:30am – 12noon]
DIVIDEND PAYMENTS
- We strongly encourage the use of bank mandates for dividend payments. To arrange for the direct transfer to your bank account, please complete the Bank Mandate Form located online at https://www.stockex.co.tt/registrar-services/ and email to registrar@stockex.co.tt.
COMPLIANCE
We continue to encourage Member Firms to maintain high levels of vigilance as it relates to the required due diligence on customer accounts and adherence to the required TTSE/TTCD Rules and AML/CFT legislative requirements. For any queries, please email compliance@stockex.co.tt.
